By placing an order with MartiXboom UK, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all purchases made via our website, email, or in person, and are subject to change without notice.

Fireworks Safety Compliance:
All fireworks are sold for professional use only. Buyers are responsible for ensuring legal compliance regarding the storage, handling, and use of products purchased from MartiXboom UK.

Customers purchasing Category F4 fireworks must:

  • Hold a valid Explosives Storage Licence

  • Maintain adequate public liability insurance

  • Ensure ADR-compliant transport of fireworks
    We may request supporting documentation prior to processing your order.

 

4. Payment Methods

Payment is required in full before any goods are released for delivery or collection. We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Card Payment – Secure link provided via invoice

  • Bank Transfer – Details will be provided on your invoice

  • Cash – Accepted on collection or delivery, by prior arrangement only

Invoices will be issued upon order confirmation.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders will be shipped or available for collection only after full payment is received.

  • Delivery is subject to product availability and may be completed in multiple shipments depending on stock location.

  • Goods must be transported in accordance with ADR regulations. Compliance is the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, fireworks cannot be returned once purchased, unless the goods are faulty or damaged upon delivery.

  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Refunds or replacements for faulty goods are issued at our discretion after investigation.
